To help those considering nominations for our first WID-MI election, during this networking evening an overview of elected positions will be provided, and election questions answered . Defense Technology Assimilation and Use Symposium

WID-Michigan and NDIA Michigan bring together local and national organizations to demonstrate an array of new technological capabilities and how they can be incorporated into establised defense systems.
Dr. Grace Bochenek, Director of TARDEC will speak on current and future assimilation of Defense Technologies and the role they will play in support of the soldier.

- JUNE 2008 - Meet, Greet and Eat! Guest speaker Cynthia Pepper, Sr. Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving for United Way for Southeastern Michigan. Ms. Pepper spoke about the success and growth strategies of this non-profit organization. How a dynamic group of women harnessed their collective philanthropic resources and delivered swift results; improving the lives of women, children and families across Southeast Michigan. This generated much discussion about the collective potential WID and WID members have to positively impact their local communities.
